An Alkaline Diet
The alkaline diet is an eating plan that emphasizes fresh vegetables and fruits with the aim of maintaining an optimal pH level in the body. It's based on the premise that the food we eat alters the body's pH to be either acidic or alkaline. This concept was developed during the mid-1800s as the dietary ash hypothesis.
Advocates of the diet have claimed that high levels of ‘excess’ acid in the body, caused by our modern diets, contribute to a range of health conditions including arthritis, osteoporosis, kidney and liver disorders, and even cancer.
Advocates cite ‘acid-producing’ foods to be meat, wheat and other grains, refined sugar, dairy products, caffeine, alcohol and processed foods. Foods that are considered ‘alkaline’ include fruit and vegetables.
The diet was originally developed to help prevent kidney stones and Urine infections, as the pH of your urine changes depending on what you eat.
Our bodies are constantly striving to maintain proper ph balance within our different cells, tissues, and body fluids in order to stay healthy. For example, the pH of blood is strictly maintained at a level of 7.365 to 7.45. Anything above or below this range can actually result in death. So the body does a very good job of making sure this range is never altered no matter what.
Other body fluids such as urine and saliva, can show changes in pH depending on various factors, including what we eat. Our body needs a slightly alkaline pH to work at its best. If a proper pH balance is not maintained, it is likely that the body will be functioning at a low grade metabolic acidosis which is harmful for the body.
Alkaline Diet and pH Levels
The pH scale measures the acidity or basicness of an item on a scale of 0 to 14. On the other side of the spectrum, something that is alkaline (greater than 7) is at the baseline end.
To assure that their urine is not acidic (below 7), some advocates of this diet urge individuals to check the pH of their pee. however, it’s essential to remember that pH varies considerably throughout the body.
While certain regions are acidic, other areas are alkaline — there is no constant level.
Your stomach’s hydrochloric acid level is 2–3.5, which is extremely acidic. This acidity is required for the breakdown of meals. Human blood, on the other hand, is always slightly alkaline (pH 7.36–7.44), even if you’re not eating anything or are asleep.
Cleansing through Sound
Energetic sensitivity can make life very hard and painful: it also gives us the tools we need to manage ourselves better, and to contribute to raising consciousness. Sound is just one of these tools: a very profound and effective one. It’s where I started, and as I have grown over these last few years I have learned many methods for identifying, managing and shifting energetic issues. Sound is simply the most natural way for me to move energy.
We live in a ‘soup’ of energy interactions, a myriad of things affecting us in every moment: from the people around us and our local environment, to the wider environment including unseen realms – spirit beings, entities, aliens and space energies. Then there are our conscious and subconscious beliefs and programs, and past life issues.
The more conscious we become of ourselves, the more we can manage the impact these sources have on us and on our health.
Its about ‘cleaning up our act’ – clearing our energy systems from all the rubbish which clogs us up, causing us to be less than our potential. We are constantly bombarded, and if you are sensitive you have to learn how to manage that sensitivity, otherwise life can be very painful, not to say downright dangerous – energetic sensitivity can kill.
Everyone is affected by these influences, but those less sensitive generally have more ability to plough through without noticing so much. They are still affected, but may not realise the hidden causes behind pains, illnesses, life’s events. Sensitivity gives us an amazing tool – direct feedback from the things influencing us to how our body feels, so that we can do something about it, raising our consciousness in the process.
Grounding
Grounding the human body to the earth simply by taking off your shoes has been shown to have significant healing effects. Grounding or “earthing” can reduce inflammation, improve blood pressure and flow, relieve headaches, speed healing, reduce jet lag, and protect the body against electromagnetic pollution.
Vivobarefoot is a minimalist running shoe company. Their technology, invented by Tim Brennan and developed by British shoe company Terra Plana, is aimed at offering the optimum biomechanics and posture commonly associated with walking barefoot and barefoot running, and advocated within the barefoot movement and barefoot running community.
Grounding is being in direct contact with the earth’s surface. It’s the grass tickling your feet, the dirt in your toes, the energy flowing up through the soles of your feet and feeding into your whole body. Our bodies are electrical beings. In fact, it’s because our bodies are electrical that humans are so vulnerable to damage from even very low levels of EMF radiation. Our body transmits and receives electrical signals in our nervous system to regulate each of our functions – they are critical to our health – the nervous and cardiovascular systems are two perfect examples of this. The earth, too, is electromagnetic. There is a current flowing through our planet, and it has its own electromagnetic field. This is referred to as the schumann resonance. We as humans are bioelectrical beings that evolved to live with exposure to the earth’s natural electrical fields.
Here is a list of just some of the earthing benefits:
It helps to normalize cortisol levels, which improves sleep, relieves pain and reduces stress.
It “combats positively charged free radicals generated by inflammatory factors as they respond to injury, infection, trauma or stress.
It can improve circulation and cardiovascular health, by reducing red blood cell clumping.
Earthing and Mitigating the Effects of EMF Exposure
Earthing plays a very important role in reducing the symptoms of EMF exposure. This is because EMF radiation is positively charged. (Don’t mistake positive for a good thing!) This is why we want to expose ourselves to more negative ions, which can be found in abundance in nature. l
Ions are simply molecules that have either gained or lost an electrical charge. They are created in nature and move through the air and water. These are the molecules that are responsible for the feeling of calmness and relaxation we feel during and after a walk through nature or on the beach. These ions help us to feel less stressed and at rest because they are working wonders within the body. They enter our bloodstream and increase the levels of serotonin. This helps to alleviate stress (which can be triggered by EMF exposure), depression and anxiety, which are often some of the main symptoms of EMF exposure. But grounding does more than instill a sense of calm in our bodies.
That’s right: electrons from the earth neutralize free radicals in our bodies. And because our bodies are electrically conductive, being in direct contact with the ground allows us to absorb these electrons. “Through this mechanism, every part of the body [can] equilibrate with the electrical potential of the Earth, thereby stabilizing the electrical environment of all organs, tissues, and cells.”This is also why grounding can help to reduce the damaging effects of exposure to EMF radiation. Contact with the Earth helps to stabilize our bodies after the bombardment of electromagnetic radiation that our bodies are exposed to on a daily basis. Grounding can help undo, or at least to mitigate, some of the damage caused by exposure to human-made EMF radiation. Now, it may not seem like this energy would be much help against the harmful effects of EMF, but grounding is actually quite a powerful practice. Earthing has the ability to restore and help stabilize our bioelectrical systems within the body. Remember, these are the systems that keep us alive and healthy.Earthing helps put these processes back in their current state and allows the body to begin healing naturally and more easily. This means reducing inflammation, which is a major cause of disease, as well as reducing pain. You might also notice yourself feeling calmer and having a better night’s sleep. Have you ever noticed that you felt much more relaxed and at ease when you take a walk through nature? The process is very similar to grounding. Even if you are not barefoot in contact with the ground, you are still receiving negative ions from being in nature. Negative ions are actually very important in helping us to recover from exposure to EMF. This is one key way in which earthing and EMF are critically intertwined. Why Is Grounding Important?Grounding in today’s age of technology is almost critical. On a day to day basis, we absorb so much radiation and are exposed to dangerous levels of EMF regularly. The body stores this energy inside of us and can cause many health issues that could be prevented if we just took the proper precautions. At times it may seem like it’s impossible to avoid being bombarded with EMF. That’s why grounding is a great way to stabilize the body after exposure. You can look at it as a way of coping with the technologies of the world. Nobel Prize winning physicist Richard Feynman explained his belief that earthing helps us “becomes an extension of the Earth’s gigantic electric system, becoming a “working agent that cancels, reduces, or pushes away electric fields from the body.”Grounding puts the body back into its proper state of functioning. Most people wear shoes that are made with a rubber sole. This actually stops the feet from being able to absorb the energy put out by the Earth. Being “disconnected” from the Earth while absorbing dangerous amounts of EMF isn’t a good combination. Grounding regularly can really help you feel better in a major way. To take advantage of the benefits of grounding, you don’t need to do anything extreme. While there are products out there that aim to bring the benefits of earthing indoors, your best option is simply to take off your shoes and go spend some time outside. How Do I Practice Earthing? You can sit or lie on some grass, go for a walk on the beach, or pitch a chair outside and sit for half an hour with your feet touching the ground. The further away you are from a city (and all its ambient EMF radiation), the more benefits the experience will bring.Try it for a half hour and see how it feels. Do you notice a difference? Do this regularly, and you’ll start to notice the benefits. It really is that easy.
In an ideal, ‘non-electrified’ world, there would be zero issues with walking barefoot in your yard. As it turns out, however, in most of our yards (at least in the US), there will be current from our electrical system flowing in the ground. Because there is man-made electrical current in the ground, this may ‘un-do’ some of the benefits we are trying to achieve. I know, it’s never easy, is it!How Electricity Reaches Your HomeUnderstanding how our electrical grid system works will help you understand why this is. Admittedly, this can get a little complicated, so I’ll do my best to break it down as simply as possible. If your home is connected to a municipal power grid, the electricity coming into your home originates way back at the generating power plant. At the power plant, electricity is created and then sent over high-tension power lines throughout the city. Along the way, it will stop at ‘sub-stations’. You’ve probably seen these throughout your town. They’re often on corner lots in neighborhoods, near parks or playgrounds with open space, etc. They look something like this:The purpose of the substation is to either ‘step up’ the power flowing to it, or ‘step down’ the power. The power leaving the generating plant needs to be quite high so that it can power all the neighborhoods in the area. But of course, it must be a fraction of that power to enter your home. So, there are constant increases and decreases of power all throughout the distribution system.Closing the LoopNow think back to your high school science class for a second. You probably remember that in order for current to flow, it must have a closed loop. Think about a light in your home. When you enter a room, and the light is off, that means there is no ‘loop’ or ‘circle’ to the light and back to the switch. In order for the light to turn on, you must ‘close’ the circle by turning the light on. Got it? When you turn the light switch on, you are closing the circle in the wires so that current can flow. It goes from the hot wire in the light switch, to the light bulb, to the neutral wire, back to the light switch. Current cannot flow if there is no continuous circuit or ‘loop’.This is important to understand, because this is essentially how our electrical grid system works in our town, but on a much bigger scale. When electricity leaves the power plant, it cannot flow unless it has a circuit, or ‘loop’ to flow on. In order to achieve that, the entire electrical system is connected in one big circle. The electricity goes out on the ‘hot’ wires, and flows back on ‘neutral’ wires. If this loop did not exist, current would not flow and no electricity would be delivered to your house.Grounding the SystemHere in the US, our National Electrical Code requires that this system be ‘grounded’ at numerous places along that circuit. In this context, grounded means that the neutral, or return, wire, is connected to the earth. Now remember that the neutral wire is carrying current back to the power plant. As it is carrying current, and it is connected to the earth, this means that current has a path to flow to the earth – and it does! Now to take this one step further, the same thing is happening in your home’s electrical wires, only on a smaller scale. Somewhere near your home there is a transformer – it’s either a pad mount (big green box on the ground) or on a utility pole. That transformer is reducing the amount of power from the neighborhood distribution line to a lower amount of power that your home’s wires can handle. Currents and Your YardNow remember, in order for that electricity to flow into your home, it must have a loop. Just like the city’s own distribution circuit, your home has it’s own ‘circle’. The electricity flows on ‘hot’ wires to your house, and then back on the ‘neutral’ or ‘return’ wire to the transformer. Once again, the National Electrical Code requires that your home’s electrical system be grounded to the earth. This means that all of your home’s ‘equipment grounding conductors’ are connected to the dirt, either through a grounding rod buried in your yard, or the metal water pipes that come into your house from underground, or maybe to the rebar that’s in your slab and touches the earth. As the electricity in your home flows in a ‘circle’, it will come in to your house on the hot wires, and go back to the transformer on the neutral, but along the way it passes these grounded points like your water pipe or grounding rod, and it also sends some current that way, because it’s an easy path. This means that current goes through your yard on its way back to the transformer. In addition to flowing on the earth in your yard, it can also flow on your equipment grounding conductors, or ‘ground wire’ – and it does!If you want to understand this concept in better detail, I suggest watching this excellent video by Mike Holt:How Do Ground Currents Affect Earthing? What all of this means is that when you are ‘grounding’ or ‘earthing’ yourself to your home’s electrical system, or to your yard, you are connecting yourself to that current. This is exactly what we DON’T want to do!There are many proponents of grounding that say this is not a problem. I would strongly disagree with that. When you understand how your system works, there is simply no other conclusion you can draw. Even in the ‘cleanest’ of homes, I invariably find current on grounding wires in the home. While I am obviously a fan of grounding your body, I never suggest that you connect directly to your home’s wires for this reason. Many companies that sell grounding products, (mats, sheets, wrist bands, and even canopies and paint) instruct you to connect the product to the ground wires in an outlet in your home. I strongly advise against that practice. Indeed I have seen many people with EHS get worse when they have attempted this. There is a lot of ‘garbage’ riding on that ground wire like stray current and dirty electricity. You don’t want to connect your body to that! You’ll note that in the first part of this post, I talked only about connecting your body to the actual earth outdoors. Even after all I’ve just said, I DO still recommend that – with a few caveats. Though your yard likely has some current trying to return to your transformer, the levels of this current will vary widely. You may have so little that it’s not a problem for you to walk barefoot in your yard. If you have grounding products that you have already purchased, it is far more reasonable to connect those products to a grounding rod placed out in your yard than to the wires in your walls. That may actually provide you some benefit. The same goes for walking barefoot in your yard.Testing For CurrentsSo how do you know if it’s a good idea to earth at your home? Testing how much current you may have in your yard is more challenging than you’d think. There are limitations to getting an accurate measurement due the interference of the measuring devices themselves. However, you can check your ‘Neutral-to-Earth Voltage’ as demonstrated by Mike Holt in the video above. It’s not a perfect correlation, but it will give you some information. If that’s too much for you, you can simply go by how you feel. At the end of the day, that’s the best way to verify if it’s a good idea for you personally. While you may be tapping into a small amount of current, you are also getting those negative electrons like I talked about above. So for some people, the benefits outweigh the risks. For others, however, the current that may be present is too much for them, and it’s not worth it. This is a situation where no two people will react the same. You have to test it out and see what works best for you. Summing Up…Many people find a lot of symptom relief by grounding in their yards and near their homes, and many people feel worse. As with all things EMF and EHS, it’s complicated. You are your own best meter, and when it comes to grounding, a little trial and error is needed. That said, whenever you have an opportunity to ground away from the city, do it! As mentioned above, the beach is one of the best places to walk barefoot, or of course, put your whole body in the sand! Most remote locations away from any municipal power grid are generally good places for you to practice earthing and get those amazing negative ions. Perhaps this means we should try a little harder to take more breaks and get out in to nature more often. For all aspects of our health, I highly recommend this!Grounding is just one of the ways you can protect yourself against the negative effects of EMF, for free.

4:58 We don’t need to worry about the pH of our blood cos there are two organs that are constantly keeping it within that range. Our lungs and kidneys. (She explains this.)
8:33 Story about a woman who was worried about going to Barbara’s retreat because she was about to go on dialysis; Her legs were swollen and she was afraid she’d get worse.
9:35 You can take or leave your doctor’s advice.
10:17 Did you know that celery is an excellent kidney herb? Did you know that parsley is an excellent kidney herb?
10:20 Barbara explains what could happen when a person doesn’t drink enough water.
11:31 Coffee dehydrates you even more.
13:47 The kidneys, not only filter the blood…in balancing the pH, sodium and water balancing, in balancing blood pressure…
14:15 Even though the blood cannot change, the pH of the cell can. The pH of the cell should be about 6.5.
15:44 CocaCola 2.6 - It’s a killer; It’s toxic.
16:23 In a cellular pH of 5.5, this is where disease thrives esp. yeast, fungus, and cancer.
16:58 Cancer loves acid. Cancer also loves no oxygen. The other thing cancer loves is sugar.
18:17 Bone Spurs - A bone spur is a calcium deposit.
19:00 Stimulants are all acidic.
19:43 Stress, worry, anxiety all create a very acid environment in the body.
20:30 An excess of calcium floating through the bloodstream gets deposited on the bones as a spur. It’ll dump it in the kidneys = kidney stones. Gallbladder = gallstones. A buildup in the eyes is called cataracts.
21:15 To get rid of a bone spur, use castor oil. All the unnatural formations is what castor oil will break up. Fibroids, tumors, and cysts are easy compared to the bone spurs and yet castor oil can break up a bone spur.
21:52 Foods Which Have an Acid Effect and Foods Which Have an Alkaline Effect
23:43 Lemons are acid where they should be…When it is broken down in the gut and the minerals are dispersed and absorbed into the blood and tissues, it has an alkaline effect. The lemon is high in the alkaline minerals which is sodium and potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron.
24:28 Dark green leafy vegetables are also alkaline-forming and we should be eating them every day (kale, parsley, collard greens).
25:29 The nightshade group of vegetables can have an alkaline effect for some people and sometimes an acid effect (tomato, bell pepper, eggplant, potatoes (not sweet potatoes).
27:33 It appears that if you have inflammation in the body, the nightshades will feed that inflammation.
30:23 Millet is alkaline. Quinoa. Amaranth. Spelt. Kamut.
Barbara talks about the hybridized wheat of today and how it changed the gluten or protein structure. Pasta, biscuit, cake, etc. all made out of the hybridized wheat. This explains the gluten-intolerance of today with the 2 main symptoms being brain fog and bloating. Age gets blamed for so many things.
www.simplekneads.com for sourdough spelt and kamut bread.
37:15 Though fruit is alkaline, if a person has a presence of yeast in their body and they’re eating a lot of fruit, the yeast feeds on the sugars in the fruit. As the yeast feeds on the sugars in the fruit, it gives off acetic acid, lactic acid, uric acid, and alcohol. The person with a yeast presence and they’re eating a lot of fruit, they’re feeding the problem and creating an environment of 5.5 where yeast loves to live. 38:07 Alcohol breaks down in the body into a neurotoxin. Neurotoxins are brain-killers. Five places you can be exposed to that particular neurotoxin: alcohol-consumption, if someone has a yeast problem and having a lot of fruit, cigarette smoke, car fumes, and vinegar.
38:48 “We don’t use vinegar here; We use lemons. Lemon is far superior.”

Food - How it Affects You - Notes Part 2
38:55 Acid-Forming Foods. These acid-forming foods are high in acid-forming minerals — phosphorus, sulfur, and chlorine. Meat, refined sugar, hybridized wheat, aged cheese (Blue-veined cheese. What is the blue-vein? Mold.) The only cheeses not in that category —cottage, ricotta. She’s not saying that they are okay because usually they come from cows who have been not been fed well. Caffeine. All your caffeine drinks have an acid effect.
41:02 Alcohol - though it’s not a food, it creates an acid environment in the body. Tobacco as well.
41:25 All the grains other than the ones that sit on the alkaline side. All your other legumes (which I didn’t list), All your other nuts other than the ones on the alkaline list, have an acid effect.
41:40 To maintain the 6.5 environment, we need to be consuming 20% acid-forming foods, 70-80% alkaline-forming foods. The 20% should come from the grains, legumes, and nuts (from the acid-forming side).
45:45 - Whether vegetables are cooked or raw, doesn’t change the mineral content. The only time that you will lose your mineral content from the vegetables is if you dump the water your vegetables are cooked in. She serves the vegetable water as a broth in the evening.
Glutathione
Glutathione
Glutathione Stimulating Hormone (GSH) is the body's master antioxidant and detoxifier. Foods that boost glutathione levels can help the body rid itself of heavy metals, chemicals and other toxic substances. Glutathione is central to immune system effectiveness.
This same simple tripeptide is key to retaining youth and health overall.
Glutathione plays at least 15 fundamental roles in metabolic and biochemical reactions including:
1. as the body's master antioxidant, thus serving a central role in heavy metal, chemical, and radiation detoxification, immune response, SARS-Cov-2 and common flu symptom reduction
2. DNA synthesis and repair
3. gene regulation
4. protein synthesis (involved in 1/3 of all proteins made in the body)
5. modulating (regulating) proper immune response
6. regulating apoptosis (the disintegration of dysfunctional cells)
7. an increase in lymphocyte presence (T cells, B cells, and Natural Killer Cells) while improving their effectiveness
8. assists in the detoxification of the lungs, thus improving respiratory conditions, especially in cases of lung toxicity (mold, smoking, asbestos, coal mining, etc.)
9. supports redox balance (electron transfer that increases or decreases oxygen in chemical reactions), thus reducing reactive oxygen species (ROS)
10. helps maintain other antioxidants like Vitamin C and E in their active forms
11. supports amino acid transport and enzyme activation
12. prostaglandin synthesis (controls vascular smooth muscle constriction or dilation and many other vital functions)
13. assists in the detoxification of the small intestines, thus improving digestion
14. assists in the protection of the nervous system, thus the prevention or improvement of neurological disorders
15. assists in the removal of toxins in fat before being incorporated into bile (your fat emulsifier)
Thus, every system in the body can be affected by the presence of glutathione in the body, especially the immune system, the gastrointestinal system, the nervous system, the cardiovascular system, and the respiratory system.
The Effects of Heat, Storage, and Stomach Acids on Glutathione Containing Foods
Both heat and long term storage reduce the quantity of viable glutathione in the food source. Thus maximum benefits are derived from consuming glutathione containing foods in their raw state.
Several raw fruits and vegetables support the production of glutathione or contain glutathione (listed below).
Raw dairy whey made at home from raw, organic, grass-fed milk offer strong support for glutathione production by boosting cysteine, one of the three amino acids responsible for the construction of the tripeptide (three amino acid) glutathione.
Raw eggs & raw meat contain viable amounts of glutathione, yet the strong acidic digestive juices required to breakdown these challenging foods diminish some of its usability in the body.
Raw liver, even from organic grass-fed cows, commonly recommended, is not a good source of the glutathione precursor, selenium, due to the levels of toxins still remaining in the liver consumed by the animals from simple grazing beneath polluted skies. Toxins deplete the quantity of glutathione in the body.
Vegetable sources of glutathione and its precursors (discussed below) provide a superior alternative to the animal supplies of glutathione and its precursors.
Fresh human breast milk is high in glutathione also, yet this diminishes rapidly if the milk is left out on the counter for later use, frozen, or refrigerated, losing as much as 70-80% of its original content. Cooked, pasteurized and processed foods contain little to no viable glutathione. (Ankrah NA et al. J Trop Pediatr. 2000 Apr;46(2):111-3)
It is important to note that microwaved food has little to no nutrition in it at all, as the microwaving converts the food and drink into toxic compounds. This includes water, coffee, and of course, breast milk.
Physical Longevity from Glutathione and the Effects of Toxicity on Glutathione
In animal experiments, increased glutathione consumption increased longevity by about 40%.
The more toxic the body is, however, the faster glutathione levels in the body are used up.
As an example, in experimental animals, liver glutathione levels were reduced 70 to 80% after administering acetaminophen (Tylenol/Paracetamol). The study associated the rapid and long term depletion of glutathione from Tylenol intake with increased aging and susceptibility to disease:
The results support the hypothesis that a decrease in GSH [glutathione] and mixed function oxidases [enzymatic pathways involved in the metabolism of fatty acids and numerous hormones] may contribute to changes associated with aging as well as to the increased susceptibility to disease and drugs which occur with advanced age.
One mechanism for how chemical toxins in the liver can result in liver failure was described in another study:
The toxicity is initiated by the formation of a reactive metabolite, which depletes glutathione and binds to cellular proteins, especially in mitochondria... The mitochondrial dysfunction and nuclear DNA damage ultimately cause oncotic [within the capillaries] necrotic cell death with release of damage-associated molecular patterns that trigger a sterile inflammatory response. Current evidence supports the hypothesis that innate immune cells do not contribute to injury but are involved in cell debris removal and regeneration.
Similar conclusions between toxins and glutathione depletion can be drawn regarding other pharmaceutical drug-based therapies (the vast majority of which are derived from toxic petroleum compounds), as well as other forms of toxic exposures from the home, work, diet, and environment.
Therefore, if you have ever been exposed to the following you need to pay very close attention to consuming glutathione supportive foods on a daily basis:
a. prescription drugs, radiation-based diagnostic or therapy measures
b. immunization shots (all of which contain toxic chemicals and heavy metals)
c. antibiotics
d. over the counter drugs
e. microwaved food, water, or beverages (converts all to toxins)
e. still have, or had, silver-mercury amalgam fillings in your mouth
f. have been exposed to house or farm use herbicides, pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or chemical cleaning fluids
g. have used non-organic cosmetics, shampoos, lotions, sunscreens, or toothpastes (the ones with poison control warnings on the label!)
h. have been exposed to work related chemicals or radiation
i. have been in the military
j. have lived near nuclear power plants, munitions manufacturing plants, chemical manufacturing plants, oil refinery plants, electrical power generating plants, or toxic waste disposal sites
k. have lived in a moldy home, or exposed to workplace or yard mold
l. have lived, or work, or attended school near a cell phone tower or an airport
m. have WIFI in your home or are subjected to broadcasts from your neighbors
n. have a Smart Meter on your home or workplace
o. spend time on a cell phone or cordless phone
p. have a Smart TV, Smart appliances/light bulbs, or are being exposed to harmful scalar waves by other means
Are Glutathione Supplements, NAC, or Glutathione Supportive Foods Your Best Sources?
Clearly, "naturally occurring" sources have an advantage over isolated pieces of plants or chemical lab derived inventions (like NAC), simply due to the more comprehensive nutritional profiles found in whole foods and herbs.
Whole foods and herbs are the superior way to obtain any nutrient required for overall health. Isolated ingredients, especially when formulated in a lab, can quickly disturb your biological terrain when taken over extended periods or taken in quantity, and will not be as wholesome or balanced as something designed by Nature for the human body.
Without exception, isolated components found within a food source (like vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, etc.) will require complementing nutrients to support their assimilation and utilization in the body). Most often those supportive compounds will also be found in the same food source as well.
One example is the vitamin C found in rose hips that requires bioflavonoids (antioxidants also found in rose hips) to enhance the effectiveness of vitamin C in the body.
Therefore a steady, daily intake of glutathione-supportive whole foods and herbs is the best way to maintain high levels of glutathione in the body, and thereby chip away at the stockpile of toxins that have accumulated over the years (and continue to take in on a daily basis).
Food sources that increase glutathione do so by providing precursor building blocks (glutamate, glycine, l-cysteine, l-cystine, selenium, sulfur, alpha lipoic acid, vitamins C&E, folate, carnosic acid, glutathione reductase, etc.).
NAC (N-acetylcysteine) is a medical treatment for Tylenol overdose (acetaminophen) and flu shot side effects, and has become popular today as a precursor amino acid in the formation of glutathione stimulating hormone (GSH), the master antioxidant.
However, NAC is not found in food naturally, it is manufactured in the lab and was a patented pharmaceutical (now expired). NAC stimulates the cleansing of the body due to its toxic nature.
The body thins the lung mucus to increase expectoration to purge the toxin, and increases kidney output in order to rid itself of this poison. So it accelerates detoxification, which is a benefit, but is it really necessary to poison the body in order to cleanse it of another poison?
There are potential adverse effects from taking NAC at normal recommended dosages, that would likely get worse with continued usage.
The most commonly reported adverse effects for IV formulations of acetylcysteine are rash, urticaria [hives], and itchiness. Up to 18% of patients have been reported to experience anaphylaxis reaction, which are defined as rash, hypotension, wheezing, and/or shortness of breath. Lower rates of anaphylactoid reactions have been reported with slower rates of infusion...
Adverse effects for oral formulations of acetylcysteine have been reported to include nausea, vomiting, rash, and fever...
Although N-acetylcysteine prevented liver damage when taken before alcohol, when taken four hours after alcohol it made liver damage worse in a dose-dependent fashion.
I do NOT recommend taking NAC, especially when there are much safer versions available directly from Nature that cause no harm to your liver, nor trigger potential anaphylactic responses.
The truth is, cayenne pepper in small to moderate (even large) quantities will accomplish this detoxification effect and thinning of the mucus much more effectively than NAC (and even better than niacin) without the additional toxic overload of a pharmaceutical drug.
Cayenne pepper possesses a rich history in healing or accelerating recovery from virtually any condition. Its nutritional profile includes many essential nutrients for overall health, such as niacin, zinc, vitamin A, E, C, several B's, quercetin, iron, magnesium, folate, essential fatty acids, phosphorus, potassium, and many others.
Cayenne pepper is a perfect example of why whole foods are superior medicines as they will also contain numerous supportive phytonutrients required for the optimal delivery of their active ingredients, many of which nutritional science of today has yet to discover, and will not be contained in the supplements of single isolated compounds.
Sea vegetables contain all of the important glutathione precursors and in a bioavailable form.
Pine Needle Tea also provides excellent glutathione production along with close to 700 other nutritional compounds and their health benefits.
Vitamin D from sunlight, mushrooms, pine needle tea, and sea vegetables increase the production of glutathione in the body, particularly in the brain.
Whole herbs and foods have the critical function of glutathione formation taken care of. Therefore herbs, sea vegetables, and whole foods will be your best sources of precursor elements required for the manufacture of this valuable master antioxidant in your body.
Foods that are high in glutathione precursors, and therefore help boost glutathione levels naturally, are best when eaten raw (as in raw asparagus or a spinach salad), or fermented (like in sauerkraut or whey).
Cooking, pasteurization, and microwaving food destroys the delicate glutathione precursor amino acids – L-glutamate, glycine, and L-cysteine.
Glutathione precursors in raw foods also survive the stomach acids.
The reason that the pill-form of glutathione doesn't work is primarily because glutathione is manufactured inside the cell, or within the liver, from its three precursor amino acids, glycine, glutamic acid, and cysteine. The pill form of glutathione can also be toxic, or of an unreliable quality.
So food sources that provide these three amino acids and other precursor components, or which support their construction in the body, are the most efficient way to improve glutathione levels in the body.
The human body is complex. Only a naturally made whole food is able to provide the very best support possible to meet our physiological requirements long term.
Short term, in emergencies, isolated fragments of natural whole foods and herbs can be therapeutic if nothing else is available, but it is much better to stay close to the whole food, herb, or clay versions for long term, daily health maintenance.
Glutathione Containing Foods and Food Sources of Glutathione Precursors
Raw goat or A2 cow whey, cultured at home, (by simply leaving it out on the counter until the curds and whey separate, or adding Sacred Clay to accelerate the separation of curds and whey in one to three days depending on room temperature) is one of the highest known sources of glutathione precursor cysteine, and is readily absorbed. The dry powder of un-denatured raw whey protein is an acceptable option as long as it comes from antibiotic and hormone free, grass fed animals.
Raw milk (should be hormone and antibiotic free) will also contain cysteine, although the whey itself is the form that is most easily assimilated. The whey must be unpasteurized, made from the raw milk to be an effective glutathione producer.
Animal milk tends to concentrate radiation, yet this can be mitigated by feeding your animals Silica Rich Clay to draw the radiation and other toxins out of the animal (and increase milk production at the same time).
Milk thistle seed helps to prevent glutathione depletion in the liver. It is also a natural liver detoxifier and liver protectant.
Watermelon is one of the great sources of plant-based glutathione precursors, while showing tremendous benefits in the regulation of blood sugar levels in diabetics.
Asparagus and avocado consumed raw are commonly reported as the two highest plant-based sources of glutathione precursors.
Raw okra is also naturally high in glutathione precursors and assists in the elimination of the mucoid plaque in the small intestines.
Raw spinach, tomatoes, and rice bran, high in Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) promote the synthesis of glutathione in the body.
Spinach, parsley, chlorella, phytoplankton, seaweeds, alfalfa, moringa and other dark green herbs and foods contain a high amount of chlorophyll which drives the creation of glutathione.
Several spices found in Indian curry including turmeric, cinnamon, and cardamom contain glutathione precursors.
Rosemary contains carnosic acid which supports glutathione synthesis – and which is shown to be behind its antioxidant, metal chelation, and anti-inflammatory properties.
The sulfur-containing vegetables (kale, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, onions, garlic, cauliflower, bok choy, watercress, mustard, horseradish, turnips, rutabagas, kohlrabi) assist in the making of glutathione in the body (glutathione is a sulfur-containing molecule).
Sacred Clay also contains sulfur, along with a balance of iron, silica, and other minerals that support glutathione usage in the body.
A functional ileum (at the end of your small intestine) manufactures methylation nutrients like vitamins B6, B9, B12, and biotin, all of which support glutathione production.
Pink Sulfur Salt (Black Salt) contains sulfur and minerals important for glutathione production.
Herbal C and fruits containing vitamin C or the oligomeric proanthocyanidins or anthocyanidins found in bilberry, grape seeds & skin, grape seed extract, cocoa, cinnamon, pine needles, blueberries, cranberries, hawthorn berries, rose hips, and sea buckthorn berries, relieve the strain on the liver's use of glutathione by providing their antioxidant powers in the liver's defense.
Peaches are also among the many fruits containing glutathione precursors.
Red beets provide a potent antioxidant in its betalain pigments thus relieving the strain on glutathione levels. Red beets also provide support for nitric oxide in the body, the loss of which is implicated in blood pressure imbalances.
Aloe vera supports the increased presence of glutathione through its antioxidant properties.
Rhodiola rosea and other adaptogens in Adaptogen & Mushroom Blend or Kidney & Adrenal Builder or Revitalize for Men / Women protect glutathione levels in the body through their potent antioxidant properties.
Brazil nuts - the highest natural source of selenium. Selenium is a co-factor for the enzyme glutathione peroxidase. (1-2 Brazil nuts per week. Keep it minimal due to the way nuts also feed the herpes strain of viruses).
Legumes (beans, lentils, alfalfa, clover, peas, etc.) are also high in selenium and thereby support glutathione production. (Be cautious with peas, however, as they promote the herpes strains more that other legumes. Nuts and seeds in quantity will also due to their high arginine content.)
The most valuable and effective glutathione promoters are sea vegetables. Most of them contain glutathione in addition to additional compounds that support its production in the body. Sea vegetables also contain chlorophyll, protein, amino acids, minerals, electrolytes, and numerous plant-based compounds that boost immune response and assist in hormone production, among hundreds of other benefits to the human body (alkalizes, detoxes chemicals and heavy metals, balances hormones and sugar levels, boosts immune responses, etc.). (Glutathione Related Disorders: Do Seaweeds have Potential for Cure).
Sea Vegetable Blend combines several seaweeds and algae along with moringa, all of which exist as some of Nature's most dense nutritives and glutathione promoters.

Tips to a healthier you !
Tips and Tricks to a healthier you !
Whether facing an active health crisis, or just wanting to improve general well being, the body is it's own healer, if we stop pouring gasoline on the fire.
A cleaned up body is the foundation of good health. We often overlook the simplest of remedies, believing it is so simple and cheap, it couldn’t possibly help. Good health it does take work on our part, and is an empowering step to take.
The health recovery process can be summed up simply:
Hydration
Fasting
Using a binder
Nutrition
Probiotics
Fasting
Fasting is a natural way to use the body’s own innate ability to detoxify and clean itself. It is a cheap, effective, and non-toxic path to help recover one’s health.
Fasting allows the intestinal tract to rest, and gives the immune and elimination system a chance to focus on clean up duty.
There are various types of fast - dry fasting, water fast, juice fast, etc. Follow whichever suits you. They all work. A 24 hour fast is good. Longer is better. Do what is most comfortable for you. No need to be miserable.
If you are having health symptoms, the body is in overdrive trying to protect itself, and is asking for your help. Cool that fire through fasting for a day or two.
1
Fasting may not resolve all issues by itself, but a cleaner body is better able to protect itself, and respond to additional treatment.
Water Fast - Dehydration is the stealthy culprit behind many health issues. A dehydrated body cannot perform even the basic function when it's crying out for a water. Drink one-half your body-weight in OUNCES of water. Add any one of the following to aid the cleansing process - apple cider vinegar, a bit of baking soda, liquid chlorophyll, fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice, fresh ginger, raw honey,
cayenne pepper, ginger, a bit of Himalayan pink salt, etc. If you can get fresh coconut water, or packaged coconut water without additives, that is liquid gold. Drink up!
Juice/Smoothie Fast - Some people choose to use freshly pressed juice during a fast - fruit, greens, or other vegetables are fine. Good choices are watermelon, cucumber, celery, carrots, beets, apples, grapes, pineapple, ginger, limes/lemon, etc.
Note: A juice/greens fast is best done on days off from work. There is a cleansing action that happens initially with juicing until the body adjusts, particularly with celery and beets. You may visit the restroom more often, or you may experience diarrhea. It does not mean you are sick/infected. If this happens, use small amounts of these items, or drink smaller amounts of the juice until your body adjusts.
Note: Temporarily suspend supplement intake during a fast because they must usually be taken with food, and it diverts the body’s energy from cleanup duty to breaking down and converting them into bio-available components for the body to use.
Bone Broth/Vegetable Broth - Some people prefer to use bone broth/vegetable broth loaded up with celery, garlic, onions, and horseradish for their fast. There are millions of recipes online on how to make bone broth. Miso can be added to the bowl just before consuming for probiotics. DO NOT boil Miso!
2
Pure grapefruit juice can be used during a fast, and is an amazing liver cleanser. Suggested intake - one half the daily water intake in ounces, and the rest in grapefruit juice. Grapefruit juice is available at Walmart for $3, for now. Do not use Ruby Red and the additional crap it has. Grapefruit juice is not the most pleasant tasting as it is sour tasting. Not a people favorite.
Detoxify during a fast - Liquid milk thistle, dandelion, artichoke, burdock, black radish, Chanca Piedra, etc. Can be added to a little water/juice.
Binders - Take a binder to help bind up and remove toxic stuff from the body. When using binders the guideline is - take on an empty stomach at least 2 hours before/2 hours after consuming a meal, juice, or broth. Binders to use - eat lots of fresh apples daily, diatomaceous earth, activated charcoal, bentonite clay, etc.
Note: It’s important to drink lots of water to prevent constipation.
Breakdown toxic buildup
There will often be a buildup of undigested proteins, gluten fragments, pathogens, dead cells, scar tissue in the body. An effective way to break down, dissolve, and expel this toxic stuff is to use enzymes.
Serrapeptase, Nattokinase, Lumbrokinase, Bromelain, or Papain taken on empty stomach are all good at dissolving and removing unwanted matter.
Sunshine - If you live in an area with sunshine, appreciate the gift you have. Go outside into the sunshine, in modest but minimal clothing. Allow the sun to bathe and regenerate your body with life saving Vitamin D.
3
AT THE END OF THE FAST
There are many things you cannot control. Whatever you are putting in your mouth is serving as fire kindle for your health issues, and your food is definitely within your control.
During the fast, take a critical look at diet. Remove anything processed - junk food, fast food, flours/gluten products, sugar, toxic oils and fats, sweeteners, additives, etc. With some exceptions, if it did not grow naturally on a tree or in the ground, get rid of it. (Of course in times of a famine, you would eat whatever you can get.)
What you should be left with is a relatively cleaned up diet of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, herbs & spices, and organic meats/eggs/cheese. This is not a mandate. Just suggestions for cleaning up the diet. The final determination is yours to make.
Reintroduce food. Add back supplements particularly a good quality
multivitamin, Vit D3 & K2, magnesium, Iodine, Vitamin C, MSM.
(Check in with the forum for suggested supplements to address specific issues.)
Sprouts/Microgreems - These are nutrition powerhouses, and are cheap and easy to grow,
Probiotics - Increase probiotic intake by using a good quality probiotic supplement, homemade kefir, home brewed kombucha, miso, homemade yogurt, homemade kimchee, homemade sauerkraut, etc
Omega 3 - most seafood are likely contaminated with radioactive isotopes from the Fukishima meltdown, plus mercury and other contaminants. I am not convinced that seafood is a clean source of Omega 3. So a cleaner alternative might be Chia seeds.
4
Digestive enzymes - with the poor nutrition in contemporary foods sources, the body is often low on enzymes for digestion. Take either a digestive enzyme with meals, or Swedish/Digestive Bitters (Warning - bitters is nasty tasting).
Cook regularly with lots of spices and good oils - onions, garlic, celery, ginger, horseradish, cayenne pepper, black pepper, curry powder, cilantro, thyme, rosemary, coconut oil, basil, parsley, tarragon, fennel, etc.
Wrapup
These measures seem too cheap and easy, so are often dismissed. But the beauty of it is, they are powerful and readily available to everyone.
Whatever you put in your mouth largely determines the state of your health. So your health condition is largely a direct result of your own actions. The good news is, you can change that dynamic whenever you choose.
Take charge of your health. Learn to your own research. Once you get the hang of it, you will find yourself relying less and less on doctors. You will assign them their proper role, that of an advisor.
Doctors have a place in emergency situations (bad accidents, arterial wounds, etc). Most health conditions are not emergencies. And most people are totally capable of reversing their health conditions. But they must put in the work. No one is/can be more interested in your health than you.
Not every remedy will work 100%. But that is no worse than what allopathic medicine offers an exponentially higher cost.
There are tons of inexpensive health and nutrition books on Amazon that are useful, plus millions of health and wellness websites. We are not lacking information. We are lacking the personal responsibility and commitment to our own health.
What is the benefit of Seamoss?
Chondrus crispus—commonly called Irish moss or carrageen moss —is a species of red algae which grows abundantly along the rocky parts of the Atlantic coast of Europe and North America. In its fresh condition this protist is soft and cartilaginous, varying in color from a greenish-yellow, through red, to a dark purple or purplish-brown. The principal constituent is a mucilaginous body, made of the polysaccharide carrageenan, which constitutes 55% of its dry weight.
Irish Seamoss has so many wonderful benefits that they can’t all be listed in one article. So, we’ve narrowed it down and I’m excited to unveil my top 10 benefits of seamoss.
We consume Irish Seamoss regularly, and after extensive research, I believe that anyone with a heartbeat should give it a go.
“God made seamoss and it does everything”
Dr Sebi
Carrageenan is commonly used as a food additive for its binding, thickening and stabilizing effects. It’s used in food products including almond milk, coconut milk, hemp milk, creamers, yogurt, canned soups and frozen pizzas.
Carrageenan is also an active ingredient in some conventional medicine solutions.
Sea moss is also valued for its algal polysaccharide, which is extracted from carrageenan and has medicinal and health-related properties. Studies propose that algal polysaccharide aids:
immunity enhancement
antioxidant effects
antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activities
tumor inhibition
hypertension prevention
high cholesterol prevention
blood sugar control
In addition to its carrageenan and algal polysaccharide content, sea moss is also rich in:
proteins
peptides
amino acids
lipids
pigments
The potential health benefits of this red algae are linked to its neuroprotective and immune-boosting constituents.
Benefits
There are some potential benefits of sea moss, but the studies evaluating these effects have been done in labs or on animals. There certainly isn’t a clear understanding of how Irish moss may improve the health of humans, but the nutrient content in the seaweed is promising.
1. Aids Digestion
Irish moss works as a prebiotic, allowing it to influence the composition of our gut microbiota. It’s also a mucilaginous food that has a sticky texture and helps stool move through the gastrointestinal tract more easily.
In a study published in BMC Complementary and Alternative Medicine, rats fed Irish moss showed significant improvements in gut microbiota composition.
Researchers suggest that, based on these findings, sea moss may help improve gut health and immune modulation. It was able to increase the population of beneficial bacteria and decrease harmful bacteria, including Streptococcus pneumoniae.
2. May Boost Neurological Health
Studies suggests that red seaweed may have neuroprotective effects because of its ability to alleviate oxidative stress. For this reason, researchers indicate that C. crispus may be a promising ingredient in pharmaceutical applications for potential novel anti-neurodegenerative drugs for humans.
3. Boosts Immune Function
Research published in Applied and Environmental Microbiology indicates that red seaweed enhances host immunity and suppresses the expression of what’s called “virulence factors,” or molecules that are produced by bacteria, fungi and viruses.
This study was conducted in a lab, but researchers concluded that its results suggest that components of C. crispus may play a health-promoting role in animals and humans.
4. Increases Satiety
When combined with liquids, Irish moss has a gel-like texture that is thick and sticky. It acts as a soluble fiber that helps keep you full longer.
Adding Irish moss to meals may increase satiety and, therefore, possibly cut down on the amount of calories you consume. There isn’t scientific evidence to back this up, but the idea is that sea moss works similarly to chia seeds and aloe in this respect.
5. May Have Anti-Tumor Effects
There are some lab studies suggesting that Irish moss has anti-tumor effects that are due to its algal polysaccharide content. Researchers don’t have definitive answers about why this occurs in lab trials, but they indicate that it may be due to polysaccharide’s ability to enhance the body’s immunity and improve its antioxidant activity.
6. Rich in Iodine
A study published in the Journal of Medicinal Food found that iodine in C. crispus is high and bioavailable. Both low and high iodine intake levels can increase the risk of disease, so it’s important to consume the right amount.
Iodine rich foods support thyroid function, healthy metabolism and brain health. Your thyroid, for instance, must have high enough iodine levels to make thyroxine, a key hormone that works to regulate important, everyday biochemical reactions.
Thyroid disorders that may arise from low-iodine levels can lead to symptoms like sluggish appetite, heart issues, mood changes, weight fluctuations and appetite changes.
7. May Boost Skin Health
Sea moss is used in skin care products because of its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. It’s also rich in nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin A and magnesium.
Using sea moss topically may help hydrate and soothe your skin, while fighting damage and infections. There isn’t any scientific research on the benefits of Irish moss for skin, but its vitamin and mineral content alone is promising for promoting
Why hire a wellbeing coach?
People tend to hire health coaches to help them with a broad variety of health issues, such as weight loss, stress reduction, the management of chronic conditions, improving diet and exercise, tobacco cessation, addiction, and adjusting to a life-altering health event, like a heart attack. There is overlap between what a health coach does and what a life coach does, but a life coach’s domain is much broader, and includes career issues, executive coaching, and professional effectiveness.
A health coach is a certified fitness professional that helps individuals build positive and lasting lifestyle change. Health coaches focus on building confidence and self-awareness, managing and relieving stress, setting healthy sleep patterns, improving nutrition, and creating healthy habits.
If you are serious about changing your lifestyle habits, a health coach can give you the tools you need to follow through and improve your nutrition, sleep, stress management, and physical activity.
Here are our top five reasons to hire a health coach:
1. They will help you set realistic goals.
A resolution is not a realistic goal. Resolutions often address a symptom rather than an underlying problem—focusing on bodyweight versus eating habits.
Health coaches recommend setting SMART goals: goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. They all agree that it’s best to start small and to make one change at a time.
“Pick the smallest change that will give you the biggest impact; not the other way around.”
“List a goal that can be accomplished in just one week: veggies at lunch for five days, meal prep for the week, one more glass of water each day.”
“Take a look at your end goal and break it down into smaller goals. List those in order of ease to accomplish, then tackle each goal one at a time.”
2. They will keep you accountable.
If you set goals that are measurable, it is easy to monitor your progress and stay accountable. Health coaches are invested in your success and will help you determine the best way to stay on track with your goals.
We define a realistic frequency as well as how the client will be accountable to that habit, like tracking calories burned through exercise with a wearable device.
3. They will introduce you to healthy ways to relieve stress and anxiety.
The trick is to disconnect and change your scenery. Leave your phone at the house while you walk the dog or take the first five minutes when you get home to meditate and focus on your breath. Our lives are full of distractions and, for many of us, our ‘normal’ is to constantly juggle priorities and tasks. We don’t give ourselves the time to reduce the ‘noise,’ focus on the moment, or even the mental space to re-group and re-ground ourselves. There are many ways to cope but it may take time to find the mechanism that you consider a relief to stress or anxiety.
4. They will help you see beyond the scale and improve your confidence.
Everyone is obsessed with the number on the scale, but there is more to it than those pounds!
Tracking weight isn’t the best use of your time or energy and it will drag your self-image down. Working with a health coach to identify the right numbers to track for you is the best way to improve your self-image over the long-term.
Log three things about yourself each day that made you feel good. For example: I woke up early today, I drank more water, I wore the blue shirt I love, I rocked the presentation.
5. They will help you achieve positive change.
Pick one thing you can easily change this week and do it 100%. Celebrate it! Next week, add one more small, easily attainable change while you maintain the first change. Continue this process, letting each positive change snowball into the next, leading you into your end goal of a healthier, sustainable life.
Focus on the positives, build yourself up, and remember your self-worth. What are you good at? What are you proud you can do that you couldn’t before? What is something you overcame today? What would your friends or family say are your strengths? Everyone has things to improve upon but that doesn’t de-value all that is great about you. Find the small victories in every day so you’re empowered to crush your challenges!
What is the difference between a psychologist, a health coach, a physician, a nutritionist and a counsellor.
A psychologist is a mental health professional who uses psychological evaluations and talk therapy to help people learn to better cope with life and relationship issues and mental health conditions.
A health coach is your personal health cheerleader, guide and partner. They help you implement lifestyle changes to improve your physical health. The service is often available through corporate wellness programs. Your doctor may also recommend health coaching if you have a chronic health issue like diabetes.
A doctor in the field of medicine is someone who has graduated from medical school and is a holder of an MD or does.
Nutritionists typically work with individuals or populations to teach them more about general nutrition, food and health. Their focus is on food behavior. This includes working with individuals to devise and implement meal plans that improve the individual's or family's nutrition.
A counsellor is a professional who has been trained in counselling. Counselling is a type of talk therapy that aims to help people work through any problems or difficulties they may be having in their lives.
